I love the way you talk
I love the fact your name is John and not George ( cause that would just be weird )


I love your goofy glasses
And your rugged, manly guise
Good thing you live in Canberra, away from prying eyes


I love the little liberals
And the anarchy they suppress
Cause if socialists ran the country, this world would be a mess !


I hate the way Rudd smiles
And all the lies he mutters
Words to stale wine and curdle butter


But anyway...



Your every little movement
Brings a smile to my lips
Cause when all is said done, I'm a raging Capitalist

Really ? Doesn't he have to live in Canberra, somewhere on the premises of Parliament house ? I was sure that's where the Prime Minister's quarters were...

Anthony - I love your poem!! Great work. Who wouldn't love little Johnny Howard?? He's such a stand up guy, and not the least bit embarassing to have as a PM........hmmmmm.

I hear that a poll today showed that 70% of Australians think he is arrogant. Who would have thought???? lol.

(Yes, he does live in Sydney....Kirribilly House. But he spends plenty of time in Canberra...so that's close enough!).

Yep, Kylie. You're right. And so was Nagster. It's sad that I got it wrong

But how attractive is John Howard ? You gotta love him. I don't think he's very arrogant. He's the strong and silent type.I just think people need to get used to him. 8 years or however long is nowhere near enough to get to know your PM. Hopefully another decade and then we can reconsider his leadership.

Kylie, I'm glad your a raging Liberal. It's great to know there are a few of us around, willing to stomp out the extremists, emos, socialists and terrorists alike.

Don't you guys love him ? What's wrong ? He's adorable. If he were a Walt Disney creation, you'd be raving about him. You just don't like him cause he's real.
